Reiki is a natural healing
treatment to balance the body and mind. Reiki means ‘universal Energy’ which flows through all living things and is vital to our well-being (Acupuncture, Tai chi and yoga are also based on the free flow of this energy in a person.)
The therapist places their hands in a number of non-intrusive positions on or over the body, whilst the recipient automatically draws in as much energy as is needed, using it in whatever way is most appropriate at the time.
You may feel changes in sensations during your session and the energy has a profoundly calming effect that is particularly effective in relieving stress and anxiety.
